The last ITFA Competition Training session before the ITFA National Open Championships on Sunday August 17th was hosted at ITFA Randwick last Saturday.
More than 25 students attended to practice patterns, free sparring and agility ahead of the final weeks leading into the annual event.
This is second year for the tournament which this year will be held at Sydney University Sports and Aquatic Centre in Darlington, Sydney. All grades from 8th Kup and above will be represented, across all ages.
ITFA Competition Training is set up as a mini-tournament with attendees rewarded for winning each round. At the end of the training session, an overall winner is announced and all placings 1st to 3rd win a prize from Master Rhee.
It’s a great opportunity for the students to learn more about competition and get used to the nerves!
